Policies

Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover Card, PayPal Credit Card and echeck through PayPal.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by USPS unless other arrangements are made.  For international shipments you must email or call to make shipping arrangements.

Shipping Times:
Most orders will be shipped within 2 days, international shipments within 5 days. If an item is out of stock we will notify you when it will be back in stock and when you can expect it to be shipped.  We will cancel your order and give you a full refund if you do not want to wait for the item to be restocked. 

**If you are paying via e-check your order will not ship until we receive notice that your check has cleared (normally within 3 days).

Rush shipments:
For rush deliveries please email us or call us for a rate quote. Early orders are recommended, but if you require a rush order we will do everything to accommodate you. 

Damages:
Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours.  Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the Post Office directly.  All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the Post Office directly to inspect the damage and file your claim.  All shipments are insured for $100.00.  For orders above $100.00 it is suggested you purchase additional insurance. 

Sales Tax:
All orders from within the state of Nevada will be charged a 7.75% sales tax.

Returns:
Your satisfaction is our primary concern.  We want to satisfy our customers to the best or our ability.  Any merchandise in original condition and in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. (30 days for international shipments).  Shipping charges are not refundable.  No orders will be accepted back after 14 days (30 days for international shipments).  Please call us directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization.  Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund.  Return items must be shipped to Debbie’s Wine Designs prepaid and insured for full value.  Please include name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so we can properly credit your account. 

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled at any time but once the merchandise is shipped the customer is responsible to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.
